Job description
- Overall responsible for sales and marketing activities, sales forecasts and pricing strategies with reference to the CEO
- Drive and develop sales of DFM products and services
- Explore new market demands and develop products and services accordingly in close collaboration with the DFM development team, customers, Danish industry and Danish authorities
- Maintain and develop customer partnerships
- Find and execute on new market opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing plans for new products and services
Professional qualifications
- Engineering background (B.Sc./M.Sc.) preferably with some years of commercial experience
- Business minded with interest in technology
- Ability to establish and maintain close customer relationships
Personal qualifications
- Interest in distributor based sales and technical support
- Result oriented, can work systematically and prioritise tasks
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Speak and write English at business level

Danish Fundamental Metrology A/S (DFM) is the Danish National Metrology Institute. DFM was founded in 1986 with the purpose of supporting Danish Industry by developing and coordinating metrological know-how at a high internationally acknowledged scientific level. This includes metrology research, development of calibration services and reference materials, consultancy and teaching. The company is a member of GTS –Advanced Technology Group and currently employs 22 people. It is active within the fields of nanometrology, electro-chemistry, acoustics, optics and advanced mathematical modelling.
